Cassandra first began doing yoga for chronic low back pain.

She started practicing daily and before long she was completely pain free. She became interested in all the different styles of yoga and has been hooked on the 26 & 2 practice ever since her daughter signed them up for the 90 minute class. One of the things she loves most about the H26 practice aside from its unlimited mind and body benefits, is that it is a practice suited for everyone at any age or skill level. As a longtime home care manager and caregiver, Cassandra knows firsthand how important it is as we age to work on our balance, to stay active, to keep and make new social connections. Yoga provides it ALL in a judgement free environment AND it promotes mental wellness! How does it get better than that!
