The Infrared Heat Advantage

physical benifit

Our far infrared (FIR) heating system directly heats the skin rather than the air to promote sweating, promoting greater flexibility and circulation during your practice. Because we’re not heating the air during your practice, you’ll also find it easier to breathe compared to traditional gas-forced air heated studios.

Say Goodbye to Sore Knees

physical benifit

Some floor poses can require you to kneel. We know this can be uncomfortable on some studio flooring and can compromise the experience. Our studio flooring includes 5 mm of padding to ensure this doesn’t become an issue.

Is Hot Yoga suitable for beginners?
Yes, Hot Yoga is suitable for beginners, but it's important to start slowly and be mindful of your body's reactions to heat and exertion. Beginners should focus on learning proper form and building heat tolerance. Always consult with your instructor before class to discuss any concerns or limitations.
