Dani completed a 200-hour trained yoga teacher specializing in Yin and vinyasa, blending mindful movement with intentional breath. With a background in healthcare, she brings a deep respect for the body, nervous system, and the importance of meeting yourself exactly where you are. Her classes are rooted in balance, strong yet soft, energizing yet grounding. Dani is known for my upbeat, charismatic energy and my ability to create a space where people feel connected, supported, and at ease.
