Leah has always loved being in motion.
A former collegiate cross-country and track runner, triathlete, skier, and hiker, she was first drawn to hot yoga for the physical challenge. What she found was much more—a practice that brought balance to her mind and spirit while strengthening her body. Leah began practicing with Terry more than 15 years ago and has been teaching H26, Barkan Vinyasa, and other yoga styles since 2015. She is also a certified mindfulness and meditation guide, bringing a thoughtful, grounded approach to every class. Her teaching emphasizes safe alignment and intelligent movement while encouraging students to let go of performance and perfection. Leah believes the heart of yoga is staying present with the breath and approaching each practice with kindness toward yourself. She reminds students that while this isn't always easy, it's always worth the effort. Practice makes progress.
