Mutti is a dedicated and enthusiastic yoga teacher with a strong foundation in traditional Vinyasa (Flow) yoga.

After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, Mutti has been devoted to creating a supportive and welcoming space for students to explore and deepen their practice. Her classes emphasize mindful breathing, alignment, and the connection between body and mind, offering students the tools to find both physical and mental well-being. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, and her teaching is tailored to meet students at their individual levels—whether they are seasoned practitioners or new to the mat. Mutti is passionate about guiding her students to discover greater flexibility, balance, and strength, while also cultivating inner peace. She incorporates elements of meditation and breath control (pranayama) in her teaching to help students find calm and focus in their practice. Her ultimate goal is to inspire her students to carry the benefits of yoga beyond the studio, promoting mindfulness and well-being in everyday life. She is also committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered and uplifted on their personal yoga journey.
