Victoria began practicing yoga while living in New York City, as a way to disconnect from the chaos of the city.
Yoga, meaning union, is at the heart of my teaching—union of breath and body, mind and movement, effort and ease. I approach each class as an opportunity to guide students into deeper connection with themselves and the present moment. My training in massage therapy informs a strong awareness of anatomy and touch, allowing me to offer safe movement practices and hands-on assists. With a degree in English, I bring intention to language—offering cues and reflections that encourage mindfulness and clarity. Through breath-centered movement, thoughtful sequencing, and a supportive environment, my classes invite students to return to their own inner rhythm and reconnect with what matters most. When not teaching yoga or spending time with her 3 children, Victoria can be found with a strong cup of coffee and a good book.
