What is your policy on class attendance and lateness?

To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts. Late entry is not permitted as it disrupts the class and compromises the experience for other yogis.

I don't have a yoga mat, do you offer mat hire?

Yes, we offer mats and towels for a small fee.

Ketra lighting will bathe your practice with 256 colors to deliver a full-sensory experience like no other. As soon as you step into Helios Yoga, you’ll feel a change within you. Drawing inspiration from the Greek God of the Sun, our studio is meticulously crafted to deliver an unparalleled experience. We've engineered a state-of-the-art infrared heating system to deliver consistent temperatures and provide full room air exchange between classes with no air gaps. Our full-sensory experience includes a Ketra lighting system that shifts colors every 15 minutes throughout class, 5 mm of padded flooring to soothe your knees, and an integrated surround sound system to transform your practice.

We're Located in the Heart of Loudonville

Helios Yoga is easily accessible from anywhere in Albany and the Greater Capital Region. Conveniently located in Loudonville Square at 260 Osborne Road, Unit 6, Loudonville, near the intersection of Albany-Shaker Road. Free parking is available in the adjacent surface lot within a short walking distance to the studio. There are also 3 reserved parking spaces in the lot marked with Helios Yoga signs.
