Unlike dynamic, fast-paced practices, Yin Yoga invites you to linger in postures for 3–5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s not about flexibility or strength — it’s about release.
Your body relaxes more fully, helping you sink deeper into each pose. This environment enhances circulation, encourages hydration of tissues, and amplifies the therapeutic benefits of stillness.
